Although not a major touri st destination, Nampula is in a beautiful area. Amongst the rolling hills and high mountains, Large Volcanic rocks protrude from the earths surface, creating a bizzare, yet fascanating landscape. The City is quite modern for Mozambique standards. The cathedral the biggest attraction in the area and towers - making is very easy to find. Be sure to take a look while you are there.
