The house has three bedrooms comprising double beds and two bunk beds. There is an en-suite bathroom and one family bathroom. Two single beds can be found in the lounge, all linen and bath towels are provided and the unit is serviced daily by a full-time cleaner. The house is located on a private stretch of beach within a dune forest and a wooded walkway onto the beach. Undercover parking for 1 car. Off the top floor living area is a wrap around open deck with alfresco dining table and braai area on one side. The unit has a 360 degree view with its location on the highest dune, there are limited sea views because of the forest canopy but spectacular sunset views over the Coastal Forest. The 1st bedroom have a double bed, ceiling and mosquito net. The 2nd bedroom have 2x2 bunk beds and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom have a double bed en suite bathroom, ceiling fan, mosquito net and have its own balcony. There is a separate bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. Sleeps 10 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge-freezers, chest freezer, microwave oven, kettle, four hob gas stove, four hob electric stove and oven. The kitchen is open-plan to the lounge area which leads onto a deck with barbecue facilities. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The housekeeper will do your laundry for you. There is a TV, DVD player and 2 standing fans in the lounge area. All linen and bath towels supplied please bring your own beach towels.

Directions To Wakene House 11

Wakene Residential Estate is situated approximately 15 km North of Kosi Bay in Southern Mozambique. From Durban, take the N2 north. Turn onto the R22 at Hluhluwe and follow signs to Sodwana Bay and then Kosi Bay. From Joburg, take the N17 to Ermelo, the N2 to Jozini, and then follow signs to Kosi Bay. The sandy tracks on the Mozambican side of the border appear confusing at first, but they're mostly just deviations from two main roads: the one that goes straight (north) to Maputo 0 take this one to get to the Maputo Elephant Reserve and the Santa Maria Peninsula - and the one that goes right (east) to Ponta do Ouro, Ponta Malongane and Ponta Mamoli. The right hand tracks split into sand extreme tracks on the Mozambiquen side with two distinct directions, the one to the right leads to Ponto do Ouro and the other to Ponto Malongane. Take the Ponto Malongane sand track (approximately half an hour's drive to Malongane Village). Turn left at Blue Bulls bar (Sharks Bar is opposite). Travel North past Mbenga bar on Right and continue for approximately 15 minutes. Wakene Signage is on the right.
