We had a great holidays. Everything exceeded our expectations beautiful gardens, beach, ocean, friendliness of people. The only cons are sand flies and the beach boys constantly pestering you. Otherwise no faults. Went for 3 days Tsavo East West safari with DM and saw 4 out of the Big Five even it was raining and most of the animals were hiding.

Spent 2 weeks at the Neptune Paradise Village in November and loved it. Beautiful grounds, great beach and adorable staff. The food was also quite good. Dont be put off by the beach boys, they're a pain but its bearable. For excursions and safaris, we used Tanken Wild Tours facing the hotel. Daniel couldnt do enough for us. We did a 2 day safari in Tsavo East for 100 pounds per person, staying at the Voi Safari Lodge with a tunel taking you a few steps only from the water hole where elephants and other animals come to drink, memorable. We also met great people at the hotel. We would like to hear from you Desbara as we lost your address. We strongly recommend the Neptune Paradise

An excellent holiday made all the better with a trip to the Masai Mara. The standard hotel rooms are basic, but the grounds and the beach are lovely. The beach was generally deserted because of the annoying beach boys. but they were easy to get rid of once you got used to them. The food was very good and the hotel staff could not have been nicer. I felt rather sorry for the staff as they worked long hours and I suspected they were paid rather poorly. The trip to the Masai was an experience I will never forget. We took the opportunity to go up in a hot air balloon too. Absolutely fantastic. Julius of JT tours, over the road from the hotel arranged this marvelous Masai trip as this was significantly cheaper than booking with the hotel holiday reps.

Hotel is very beautiful, breakfast, lunch and dinner are also good. The people were very nice and helpfull.The swimmingpools were great. Village part is a place of all the activities. Paradise part more quit. We booked the safari by a local agent, called JT Tours. The safaris and also the excursions were very well organised. We have been staying in Nuglia Lodge and Kibo . One of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. JT Tours is located in Diani beach and opposite Neptune Paradise Villegae.
