I could get good indian food for dinner specially cooked for us as I am a vegetarian. Very courteous restaurant staff (especially Pravesh). The place is very close to a Super Market and a bus-stop which makes it the biggest advantage. Other resorts like Move n Pick, Indian Resort, Tamasa, Sands Resort, etc where some of my friends also stayed during the same time are quite inaccessible by public transport. Gold Beach is situated near Flic en Flac which according to my tour guide is one of the best places in Mauritius.

we were there for 7 days and the loved the food(breakfast and dinner) rooms are cosy and comfortable the beach is really good nearby not many people had a comfortable stay

It was an outstanding experience spending our most precious moments in this hotel. We stayed for 7 days. We were welcomed with a sparkling wine. Our room was very spacious, neat and well lighted. The resort had a wonderful beach on one side and the view from the dining hall was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package. Both the meals had wonderful variety. Every day dinner theme was different and we thoroughly enjoyed different varieties of cuisine. Expect very good Indian food as well.

Hi, We have been to in FEB-2012 Gold Beach. The experiance is fantastic as you would get more than expected. Facilities are good and the staff is very very helpful and polite. You can get INDIAN VEG food on request and cook at the hotel is expert. All together verry good hotel and great experiance to stay. Thanx AFricaStay
