The newly created Zen Fitness & Spa Centre offers a wide choice of beauty treatments and massages. It comprises a gym, steam bath, plunge pool and two double massage rooms with open air showers. Our professional therapists guarantee complete relaxation, physical and mental well-being. It goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being, creating a positive approach to "Body-Mind-Spirit" philosophy. Highly trained therapists apply warmed oil to gently massage away stress and muscle tension and hot and cold stones are then applied to the body alternately to assist the body with self-healing.
