Standard Suites lead out onto private patios from which guests have the chance to spot the local wildlife. Villas offer guests their own private lap pool and outdoor shower. Vast picture windows in every room never let you forget that you’re in one of the most beautiful places in Africa. Equipped for the African heat, each suite is fitted with air conditioning, as well as a personal bar for refreshments. Tea facilities and Lavazza coffee machines are also at hand.
Other guest amenities include a stylish guest lounge with a flat-screen TV, an open-sided dining area and bar, and an outdoor pool with a deck. The perfect spot to relax, sip on a refreshing beverage and play a one-sided game of hide and seek with the local wildlife. The traditional outdoor boma lets guests dine under the stars. Two daily game drives are included, along with transfers to Hoedspruit Airport.

Here nothing is impossible. Local game drives every day. Possibility to go to Kruger. Personal welcoming and a private atmosphere. Exciting walks in the bush - guided by a professional. On top of it, an excellent cook. A warm hearted place with a relaxing atmosphere. To recommend.

Everything about Kapama Southern Camp was first class, from the pick-up at the airport to the drop-off 4 days later. During our stay we had 8 x 3 hour game drives, each one an adventure in its own right! Special commendations to Mike our Ranger and Paddy our Tracker, and to the Chef(s) who provided such amazing food throughout. Well done all, including all those behind the scenes who keep the wheels turning smoothly!

Had the pleasure of four nights at Southern Camp in May - wonderful lodge experience with great food, but what really made the trip was of course the safari and we weren't disappointed! Over the course of our stay we saw the big five, cheetahs and many other smaller creatures and learnt so much from Mike and our tracker, who both displayed a real depth of knowledge and passion for the wildlife and conservation.

We stayed there for three nights and enjoyed the friendly, peaceful atmosphere and the game drives with Mike. He has got e terribly good knowledge of big and small game and the environment. This place is also a nice spot for private pilots because the runway is close the the lodge.
