Castelo do Mar is the holiday villa of your dreams The villa overlooks the bay and has been renovated to pristine condition and furnished with local woods and imported linens and fittings. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 12 people in six bedrooms, each en-suite. Decorated with natural shades, the rooms emit a sense of luxury and comfort. Relax in our luxurious library, reading or playing chess. Alternatively, enjoy a game of snooker or darts in our games room. Sundowners served in our bar or on our verandah. Watch out for dolphins, they are plentiful. Or for those more fortunate you my even spot a dugong! The dugong is closer to the African heart than many people realise, with it being the oldest relative of the African Elephant. These mammals are exceptionally rare, yet can be spotted off our shores. Due to our remoteness we are also an ideal venue for small conferences, team building and management meetings. (Full cell phone signal and internet facilities available.) Tranquil, pristine beaches and warm waters with outstanding sunsets ensure a getaway of a lifetime...

Activities - Castelo do Mar Fishing - Castelo do Mar: For the keen fishermen, the area offers excellent game fishing. The following boats are available for hire at Castelo Do Mar: Species in the area: Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, Kingfish, Dorado, Sail fish, Barracuda to name a few Water sport - Castelo do Mar: Water ski's and tubes are available for hire. Scuba Diving - Castelo do Mar: Scuba Diving can be arranged. Divers must have their log books with them. Picnics - Castelo do Mar: Beach Picnics can be arranged on nearby deserted island. Other activities include nature walks, birding and sunset cruises through mangrove swamps. The bird count on the peninsula now numbers 431, with 35 being at Castelo do Mar itself.
