This house is situated on Campismo Ninho Estate in Ponta Malongane. The Estate has a bar and restaurant with awesome views over the ocean. The estate also has a communal swimming pool.
The house has 4 en suite bedrooms, all the bedrooms are air conditioned. Bedroom 1 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en suite bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 is in the front of the house and has sea views, it has 1 queen size bed and the en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house, no sea view, 1 queen size bed and the en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, has no sea view, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.
The house has no houses in front of it and has unobstructed sea views. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean. There is also a stand-alone braai on the deck as well as a gas braai and a weber braai. This house also has an outside shower.
There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean.
Campismo Ninho runs off a borehole. Notwithstanding this, there are 2x 5000L tanks which can be operated independently should the necessity arise.
There is also a generator which is capable of running lights and fridges should there be a power outage.
