This is a luxurious unit that has been decorated tastefully. It is a 2 Sleeper unit with one bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The living area has a flat screen television with DSTV. For DSTV please bring your own smart card and decoder. There is no kitchen in this unit only a bar fridge and microwave. Enjoy the magnificent view of the blue ocean from the couch. There are a bedroom and bathroom underneath the house - 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Boa Vida 10 can comfortably sleep 8 people. This unit is fully air-conditioned, private beach access with private boardwalk and an outside shower. These units have all necessities for a comfortable getaway. Unit 9 and 10 are joined by a large outside wooden deck with outside furniture and a gas braai. There are wooden steps leading from the deck down to a wooden walkway that leads straight onto the beach. The beach is 100 metres from the house. Guests may make use of the facilities on offer at Hotel Phaphalati, which is located on the estate. These include a swimming pool, restaurant and bar.

Directions To Boa Vida 10

Enter Mozambique at the Southern Kosi Bay border post. Continue straight (right is to Ponta Do Ouro and left will go to Zitundo). The Estate is approximately 16 Kms from the border (35 - 40 minute drive). Head in a straightish manner in a North, North Easterly direction. There are some signs for Boa Vida Estate as well as Whitepearl, if you are seeing these you are heading in the right direction. Go under the power lines and then keep following them. You will come across a small school on your left and a soccer field on your right. You will start to see the Village of Malongane and the lake will be on your left. Continue through the village and past Sunset Shack, the last bar and restaurant on your way out of Malongane. Travel a further 3/4kms and you will see the Boa Vida entrance. We are the next resort after Wakene. If you are not sure of your 4X4 driving skills take the alternative entrance another 500m down the road. If you get lost ask a local which way is Malongane.
