2 Houses next to each other that can be rented out separate or as a whole with amazing sea views and waking distance from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, ice machine, microwave, 4 gas hob stove and electric oven, cutlery and crockery included and is open plan with the lounge. One of the houses has a chest freezer. Further benefits whilst sitting overlooking the pristine, clear sea is a large wooden deck, offering a gas braai and outside furniture, benches and a table. The unit offers an Ipod socket and CD player (TV and DVD player optional extra at R50 per day). For hotter days, these properties are equipped with industrial ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each house offers two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, and a sleeper couch in the lounge. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

Directions To Boa Vida 1

Enter Mozambique at the Southern Kosi Bay border post. Continue straight (right is to Ponta Do Ouro and left will go to Zitundo). The Estate is approximately 16 Kms from the border (35 - 40 minute drive). Head in a straightish manner in a North, North Easterly direction. There are some signs for Boa Vida Estate as well as Whitepearl, if you are seeing these you are heading in the right direction. Go under the power lines and then keep following them. You will come across a small school on your left and a soccer field on your right. You will start to see the Village of Malongane and the lake will be on your left. Continue through the village and past Sunset Shack, the last bar and restaurant on your way out of Malongane. Travel a further 3/4kms and you will see the Boa Vida entrance. We are the next resort after Wakene. If you are not sure of your 4X4 driving skills take the alternative entrance another 500m down the road. If you get lost ask a local which way is Malongane.
