Directions from N1 or N2 (from airport) Exit the N1 or N2 (from airport) straight onto Buitenkant Street, continue with Buitenkant which becomes Kloof Nek Drive, continue to follow Kloof Nek over the kloof, it now becomes Camps Bay Drive continue to follow Camps Bay Drive as it winds down the hill. At the 1st stop street (3-way stop) turn left into Houghton Road and immediately right into 25 Houghton Road and that is Houghton Steps, the apartment is 3 Houghton Steps.

50% of total rental due is required as a holding deposit payable at time of booking. 50% balance of rental is payable before occupation. ZAR 1000 refundable deposit to cover breakages and loss of keys etc is required before occupation. This deposit will be refunded in full within 5 days of the end of the rental less any payment for breakages etc be required. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
