All bookings will only be confirmed once a 30% deposit is received. Should the booking, for whatever reason, be cancelled, the deposit is not refundable. The full balance due will be payable on arrival. A breakage deposit of R500.00 is also payable on arrival and will be refunded within seven days of departure, less any claim for loss or damage caused if any. Should the cost of replacement or otherwise exceed the deposit amount, the deposit will be forfeited and the tenant will be held liable to pay the difference (if applicable) on demand. No credit card facilities are available and we only accept cheques for bookings of 10 days or longer. Only cash is accepted for bookings of 10 days or less. Please ensure that you bring your ID book/passport with you when booking in.
