Full prepayment is required prior to check in. Beverages and Extras to be settled on departure.
The client will be liable for all damages incurred to the venue or its contents during the function and
indemnifies Southview Lodge and Nonstop Conferencing fully in respect thereof. All damages to linen,Carpets and breakages will be for the clients account.
All cancellations must be in writing and should be faxed / e-mailed to Southview Lodge / Non Stop
Conferencing. An administrative fee of R500.00 will be deducted from all cancellations regardless
of the notification period.Once you have received written confirmation from our offices, your cancellation / change of date will be official.
