Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, thatched bush home (known as Shamwari) situated in the heart of Mpumulanga, within Marloth Park. Shamwari sleeps six (2 bedrooms & sleeper couch in the lounge).
Marloth Park is situated on the Crocodile River, bordering the Kruger National Park and is home to a variety of game (giraffe, zebra, impala, kudu, wildebeest, hyena, etc, all except cats & elephant). Access to the Kruger Park would be via the Malelane or Crocodile Bridge gates, both situated in close proximity to Marloth Park.
Spend your days lazing on the spacious wooden deck of Shamwari watching game pass by within meters of the deck, alternatively an ice cold beverage can be enjoyed on the deck of the local Bush Pub within Marloth Park, the Bush Pub also offers television & swimming pool facilities. Should you wish to enjoy sundowners overlooking the Crocodile River, Marloth Park offers this facility in the form of a structured look-out point situated on the Crocodile River, all you need to do is prepare the cooler box. Shamwari has a built in braai facility as well as an outside shower for those warm summer days (will soon have a small splash pool). Marloth Park itself does have a convenience store & doctor within the park. Being a malaria area, it is recommended that medication be taken or that advice is sought from a medical specialist in this regard.

Driving Directions:
From JHB (Gauteng): Take N12 to Witbank / Nelspruit (+- 350 km), pass through Nelspruit, following Maputo / Malelane. Pass through Malelane (+- 70 km from Nelspruit) travelling towards Komati Poort, 30 km after Malelane , turn left at the Marloth Park sign. Road becomes a gravel/sand road, travel +- 3km prior to entering the Marloth Park gate. The main road into Marloth is Olifant Rd, travel +- 3 km along Olifant, turn left into Scorpion, the property is the second development on the right, 2018 Scorpion Rd Shamwari. Total distance from JHB: +- 450 km.

Bookings are to be made directly through the contact details provided above. When bookings are made, arrangements will be made for the collection of keys from the on site agent.
A 50 % deposit is to be paid within 5 days of making the booking, with the balance paid two days prior to arrival at location (Shamwari). Deposits will only be re-funded should the reservation be cancelled two weeks prior to the original occupation/arrival date at Shamwari.
Occupation of the unit is at tenants own risk and the owners will not be held liable or responsible for any injury / loss or theft of any nature.
