Seasands Lodge in South Africa - KwaZulu Natal is situated away from the busiest part of the town of St Lucia but with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants etc. See St Lucia Estuary map for location. St Lucia is officially a no-risk malaria area & is a 2½ hours drive north of Durban on the N2 toll road.From Gauteng drive via Ermelo, Piet Retief and Pongola (6½ hours). St. Lucia is ideal for a stopover for visitors driving between Kruger National Park & KwaZulu Natal OR for those starting their journey in Cape Town and driving northwards to the Kruger Park.
