Very nice hotel with good food and service on a beautiful location. Everything was wonderful for me and my family. Book your safaris and other excursions at j.t.tours right at the opposite of the hotel. He gives you the best price, service, is very reliable and arranges everything for your which makes it unforgetable. We went to Wasini Island, where we saw the dolfins and beautiful underwaterworld. We also did a safari Tsavo West and East and this was an unforgetable experience, especially the night at Ngulia lodge. Ask for the best driver guide in the world, Tito. He has very sharp eyes, has a perfect responsibilty for you and your kids, is a perfect driver and I am sure you will be safe with him. The Neptune Paradise Village Hotel in combination with the bookings of the safari and the excursion at the office of Julius made it for us the best holiday we ever had.

We have been to Kenya many times and saw the look of this hotel as we walked past last year. When we arrived we were shown to a Superiour room which is definately worth paying the extra for, just a little bit more room pls TV and tea and coffee facilities. The grounds, staff, pools and resturants were lovely but the hotel has a problem with towels for sun loungers, people kept them overnight so that they could reserve their loungers early but for those that didnt we were left waiting until after 10 most mornings to get any. The most serious problem were Sandflies, the place was infested with them, it didnt help that we had a couple of days of heavy rain but my partner had over 200 on his body, we had to go to the doctors for treatment, they seemed to be in the sun loungers so everytime you sat on one you were eaten, we tried sitting in all areas but no joy. We complained as we expect a few bites but it was getting ridiculous but all we were told was its Africa, We have been over 7 times and never have been bitten like this.

An excellent holiday made all the better with a trip to the Masai Mara. The standard hotel rooms are basic, but the grounds and the beach are lovely. The beach was generally deserted because of the annoying beach boys. but they were easy to get rid of once you got used to them. The food was very good and the hotel staff could not have been nicer. I felt rather sorry for the staff as they worked long hours and I suspected they were paid rather poorly. The trip to the Masai was an experience I will never forget. We took the opportunity to go up in a hot air balloon too. Absolutely fantastic. Julius of JT tours, over the road from the hotel arranged this marvelous Masai trip as this was significantly cheaper than booking with the hotel holiday reps.
