Rates do NOT include telephone, laundry, Wellness Centre treatments, shop purchases or gratuities. A 50% single supplement is applicable to single occupants. TOURISM LEVY included in the rates.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
Full pre-payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
100% of fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
CONDITIONS
To confirm a booking, full pre-payment must be made to secure the reservation.
Reservations will be released automatically if no payment is made within the specified period.
CREDIT CARDS
Amex, Master, Diners and Visa cards are accepted at the Reserve.
