Seventy-eight stylish suites, including two presidential suites, are housed in detached villas and deliver a whole new world of luxury in an elegant African style. Situated on the lower level of the hotel, Pezula Spa is a calm sanctuary that reflects the soul of Africa and provides world-class professionalism in the delivery of a superior health and wellness experience. Twice named Best Spa in South Africa, it includes a 12m heated indoor pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, rainforest shower, nail bar, hair salon and nine therapy rooms, as well as a post-treatment room with heated water beds. Driving Directions:
DIRECTIONS FROM GEORGE AIRPORT TO PEZULA:
From the George Airport, take the N2 to Port Elizabeth / Knysna. The best way is to turn RIGHT when leaving the airport entrance, then
turn left onto the N2 dual carriageway (George Airport is very small - not possible to get lost). The N2 passes through the Wilderness,
Sedgefield and then into Knysna.
The drive is approximately one hour and it is very scenic. NOTE - there are many changes in speed limits along this route, and just as
many speed cameras, so please observe the limits carefully!
Travel through the town of Knysna, then at a traffic light, on the left you will see a Kwik Spa and Caltex Garage, straight after this, look out
for an intersection with a road to the right called George Rex Drive. It is signposted to 'The Heads', Leisure Isle & Pezula. Turn right here
and travel along George Rex Drive, passing the Knysna Golf Course on the left. Turn left into Wilson Street, (watch out for the speed
humps, some of them are very nasty) then turn right at the traffic-circle into Duthie Drive. This is the road up to Pezula. Proceed all the
way to the top of the hill, through the Security point, straight on and the Pezula Resort Hotel and Golf Club will be on the right hand side.
FROM PLETTENBERG BAY/ PORT ELIZABETH:
Follow the N2 from Plett to Knysna.
After cream-pink Cluster houses on the left, before the Caltex Garage, slip-off road to left into George Rex Drive (road to Knysna
Heads/LagoonView). Immediately after Knysna Golf Club, turn left into Wilson Street, (Pezula Signboard) round the circle (3 o'clock) and
follow Duthie Drive up the hill to Pezula. After the boom gate first entrance to right.
FROM GEORGE:
Follow the N2 from George to Knysna.
Continue through Main Road of Knysna past hospital on the left. After Caltex Garage on right, turn right into George Rex Drive (road to
Knysna Heads). Immediately after Knysna Golf Club, turn left into Wilson Street, (Pezula Signboard) round the circle (3 o'clock) and follow

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of
1. Your notifying us in writing not less then 45 days prior to the date of arrival of the cancellation of your reservation any deposit received in respect of this reservation will be refunded in full.
2. Your notifying us in writing not less then 30 days but less then 45 days before the date of arrival of the cancellation of your reservation, the deposit due will be forfeited to us.
3. Your notifying us in writing less than 30 days before the date of arrival of the cancellation of your reservation, your full deposit due will be forfeited to us.
CHILD POLICY
1. One Child under the age of 12 years, sharing with his/her parents will be accommodated in a Villa Suite at no additional accommodation cost on an extra bed or in a cot. Breakfast for 3 – 11 year olds will be an additional R125.00 per child, per day. Children under 3 years are not charged for breakfast. This price is subject to change depending on price increases during the year.
2. Two children or one child 12 years and over will require their own room.
3. Interleading Suites are available on request.
THIRD ADULT POLICY
1. All suites are able to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults per room. A third adult would require their own suite.
2. A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children may be accommodated in the Private Residence Villas. Breakfast would be charged as per our child policy.
