Patio dos Quintalinhos - Casa Gabriele is a charming guest house run by Gabriele (Italian) in an old beautifully restored house, where the rooms are arranged around an internal courtyard and garden. The house also has a swimming pool, in an old water reservoir, and meals can be prepared on demand by your hosts.
Gabriele Melazzi, italian architect, lives and works in Mozambique as a free-lance. He spent three years restoring a beautiful ancient portuguese house
which is now a lovely place to take a rest and enjoy the Island's life. The old water tank is now a salt water swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing garden.

Patio dos Quintalinhos, with its roof-top terrace overlooking the island, is the perfect place to relax and absorb the atmosphere of historic Ilha de Mozambique. For the more adventurous, the guesthouse can facilitate dhow trips to local attractions, such as the powder white sands of Chocas beach on the mainland, or diving / fishing excursions. Patio dos Quintalinhos also offers bicycle and canoe rentals.
