Land Sports
A wide range of sporting facilities is at your disposal to help you keep in shape, while the key attraction remains the amazing 18-hole international golf course. Because Paradis focuses on sport and wellness, original activities are also proposed such as taebo, tennis challenges, volley-ball tournaments, golf competitions or classes focusing on body shaping or specific abdominal and back exercises.
