Arrived at this hotel after a weeks safari to Samburu, Aberdares, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, the flight from Nairobi to Mombasa was delayed and got to hotel around 20.45 check in went smoothly and they kept the restaurant open for us. On arrival we had a complimentary fresh fruit selection and a bottle of wine in the room The staff here are very attentive friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and with two minor problems on arrival sorted out very quickly with no other problems during our stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Palm for 2 weeks our first time in Kenya. The arrival at the reception was a real pleasure. After a 9h flight and 2 hrs on a bus, we were greeted with a big smile and welcome drink.
The rooms are very spacious, very clean room and bathroom, huge balcony, fruit basket at arrival etc.the first impression was WOW. Also monkeys living in the gardens of the hotel, and sometimes you find them on you balcony, its very entertaining.
