Nedile Lodge is situated in the, Malaria free, Welgevonden Game Reserve 2.5 hours north of Pretoria. Welgevonden Reserve is a declared Heritage Site of 33000 hectares bordering the Marekele National Park. All situated in the breathtaking Waterberg Biosphere.
With more that 70 White Rhino, Welgevonden is home to the biggest collection of privately owned White Rhino, as well as Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard and many species of mammals and birds.
Nedile Lodge accommodates 10 Guests in 5 exclusive and luxury rooms. With a dramatic view over the bush and mountains, each room has a private deck, fireplace, ceiling fan, in door and out door shower and bathroom. The main complex, with bar, dining room and comfortable lounge will invite you to sit back, relax and take in the quiet and tranquillity of the natural surroundings.
Cool down in the rock pool or join one of the game viewing activities. Under the supervision of an experienced Game Ranger, all activities from game drives to bush walks will provide new and unique learning about the wonders of nature.
Every meal is an occasion at Nedile with carefully planned menus, served as a sit down event in the elegant dining area or in the starlit, outside boma.
Road and air transfers can be arranged on request.

Accommodation: luxury thatched en-suite chalets overlooking spectacular mountain views. Your room has its own fireplace, in-door & out-doors shower, as well as a bath. Private veranda and views adjoining each chalet.

Two open Land Rover safaris a day with professional rangers, or bush walk with experienced rangers.
Children 12 years and older are welcome and pay full adult rate.

Driving Directions:
Directions to Nedile Lodge (Welgevonden Game Reserve):
Follow the N1 north to Polokwane (Pietersburg). About 130km you will find the Kranskop Tollgate, pass through and keep left to follow the off-ramp to Modimolle (Nylstroom). Pass through Modimolle (Nylstroom) 11km further, and a further 60km you will pass through Vaalwater. After Vaalwater past the garage, (Spar on left hand side), continue straight on the road towards Bulgerivier and Thabazimbi, do not turn right on the R33 towards Ellisras.
25km out of Vaalwater you will find the Main Gate to the Welgevonden Game Reserve on your left but past the main gate for a further 22km to the Schoongelegen turnoff.
Turn left onto Schoongelegen dirt road. Here is also a road sign indicating the Welgevonden West Gate. Continue along this road for a further 17km past Manual Gate to the West Gate on your left hand side.
We ask that once you have reached Vaalwater, please contact the Lodge 082 859 1443. There is no more cell phone reception until you reach Nedile Lodge.
You will be picked up at the gate with an open game viewer. Your vehicle will stay at the West Gate parked behind elephant proof electric fences with 24 hours security.
If other wise arrange pick up times at West-Gate on day of arrival is 12:00 and drop off on day of departure at 11:00.

Less than 7 days before arrival, full deposit is forfeited.
From 7 to 14 days, 75% of deposit is forfeited.
