Morrungulo is a holiday resort owned and run by the Nelson family, set among thousands of coconut trees and provides camping and chalet facilities on a beautiful clean beach. Campers have the use of clean and tiled ablution facilities with hot paraffin showers and flushing toilets.
Morrungulo Holiday Resort also caters for the deep sea fisherman and the scuba divers.
The resort is unusual as you are not only under coconut palms but also have extensive green lawns, indigenous trees, fresh drinking water and good security.
Electricity is provided via generator between set times.

Scuba Diving at Morrungulo Holiday Resort
We are permanently situated at Morrungulo Camp at the Dive Center, with an in date 2 star Instructor and 2 certified dive masters and both skippers are D.O.T. registered. We have 2.5 meter Stingray rubber ducks that we use for diving and fishing charters. Come and dive the famous Baixo Sylvia reef that is 14.8 km long and ranges from 8-25m. Another reef known as New Years is 8 km long and also ranges from 10-24m deep. Deep dives sites range from 30-45m in pristine clear water (Marlin seen when diving). Snorkeling to be done at low tide 3.5km down south from the camp at a reef that comes out of the water, with all the reef fish and corals that a diver sees on a dive.
Diving courses are also available.
