We’re up before the sun, to steal a march on the wildlife of Kruger National Park. They’re either just waking, or heading for bed.
Led by a highly experienced Trails Ranger from our starting point, we strap on our comfortable walking boots, and set off on foot to get up close and personal with game, big and small, and learn something precious about their world.
Our ranger will teach us some bush skills, from animal tracking to bird and plant identification.
Its fun, it’s fascinating and you’ll fall in love with the sight, scents and wonderful sounds of the bush as the sun creeps up. Nobody knows what will be around the next corner, but rest assured, it’ll make your heart beat that little bit faster.
There is a short game drive to and from the walking point.
