The wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in August. Four days at this hotel, then a three day safari, and then back to Malindi Beach for another 8 days.
Upon return from safari it really did feel as if we were returning home (and we had only been there for four days previously). The staff make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble,
A perfect 10

We have just returned from a fantastic fortnight at the Malindi Beach hotel - and I wish we were still there!
Everything about this place is perfect - from the staff to the atmosphere, from the location to the food!
It is like being a special house-guest in a beautiful home.
Nothing is too much trouble for the people there and the staff bent over backwards to make our holiday the best yet.
One word of warning - if you worry about your waistline then be prepared to spend your homecoming fortnight on the exercise bike! The food is fantastic - not at all your usual all-inclusive fare.
If you fancy a safari while you are there, I can recommend Abdul Tundra - honest, trustworthy and totally reliable - and cheaper than your rep.
Another recommendation, if you fancy big-game fishing, ask for Callum Coonan-we left a card with the Manager.
So, all in all a Perfect Ten for this hotel - and all credit to the amazing staff.

We recently came back from a two week stay at the Malindi Beach and would highly recommend it, the hotel is beautiful and feels very exclusive. It is superior to the Coconut and Topical hotels situated either side, but you can use their facilities at any time e.g evening entertainment, but they are not allowed into the Malindi Beach.
The staff are very friendly but also professional, and the service is excellent, the rooms are of a good quality and the food really nice with at least five courses every meal. The grounds are well kept as the two pools.
We went with Kuoni and had a five day safari, alot of travelling but you definately see Afica/Kenya, altogether a brilliant holiday.
A big thanks to the people who add their reviews on trip advisor as it was some of these honest accounts that led us to one of the most exclusive hotels on the East african coast.
