Day 1: Arrive George
On arrival at George Airport collect your hire car and drive to your selected hotel. Play a round of golf today at the Links Golf Course at Fancourt, home to the President's Cup in 2003 and the Woman's World Cup in 2005.
Day 2: Fancourt Country Club (B)
This morning play a round of golf at Fancourt Country Club (Bramble Hill). This Gary Player designed course is demanding but fair test, set in beautiful surroundings. This afternoon we suggest a visit to Oudtshoorn, the 'Feather Capital' of the world because of its large ostrich industry, and the Cango Caves.
Day 3: Knysna (B)
Depart George and travel along the picturesque Garden Route to Knysna. We suggest a ferry ride across the estuary to Featherbed Nature Reserve (own account), where you can view the 'Heads', two majestic rock cliffs at the lagoon's entrance. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4: Sparrebosch Country Club (Pezula) (B)Make your way to Sparrebosch Country Club and enjoy a round of golf. The 14th hole is built right on the breach of the cliffs overlooking the Knysna Lagoon. This magnificent green was designed by Ronald Fream and David Dale of Golfplan in California.
Day 5: Depart George (B)
Check out and travel to George Airport for your onward flight.
