-Cancellations received after the release date but prior to 7 days before arrival will be charged the first night at the contracted rate

-Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will entail a charge of 75% of the stay booked, if booked for one night only, will be charged at 100%

-No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge)

Cancellations must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgment by the Hotel should be retained.

- Children below 12 years of age can stay free of charge with their parents sharing existing bedding based on the meal plan booked.

-Baby cots can be provided free of charge upon availability

-Rooms occupied by children only (a maximum of two per room) in a room separate to that of the parents will be charged single occupancy rate
