Pleasant experience

Enjoyed our stay. Setting of hotel is very nice in Pilanesburg reserve. Had wonderful game drive in reserve with seeing plenty of game including rhinos and elephants. Rooms nice size, clean with lovely bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

We recently had a company conference at Kwa Maritane. Never before have I met such a gem of a Conference Coordinator as I found in Joyce! She was amazing! And she wasnt the only one! The rooms were terrific, the food was fabulous and the setting great!
Whether its business or pleasure you won't go wrong!

Great escape with elephants as backyard visitors

Our first ever safari trip, 3 adults and 1 ten years old child, settled in 2 beautiful rooms with back porch. Good quality meals and wonderful service. We took one pm game drive and one am game drive the following morning, both field guides (Philip and Ralph) were fantastic and very informative, which we spotted lion, hippos, rhinos, leopard and many other species....! The tunnel that lead to a hide is so very special, which we have a great chance to view 16 elephants with babies and all. One can also frequently see herd of zebra and kudu right from the restaurant becalony. Will visit again for sure.

we stayed at this lodge last weekend for my husbands birthday,staff are super friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. My daughter (3 years old) had a ball and keeps on asking when we are going back.

It's been 10 years since I was there but it is still my favorite place in the whole world. The people where great and the cottages were lovely! The game drives were amazing...I was lucky to see a lion kill-loved this place!!!
