Dress is informal. We recommend: casual clothes, swimwear, tracksuit, toweling gown, slippers, shoes for hiking. (Towels are provided). You can leave all the burdens of your daily stressful life behind and come relax in Hooglands' peaceful tranquility. In unique natural spring waters you body is soothed and rested. Thus prepared, you can fully utilize our facilities to gain and improve your fitness.
Your Hoogland experience will include:
* Accommodation in private room with bathroom.
* Use of Therapy facilities: Steam bath, Sitz bath, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Water Jet Massage, Jacuzzi, Heated Swimming pools, Gym, etc.

Driving Directions:
The Hydro is situated in a 400Ha private game reserve 50Km North-West of Johannesburg and 25Km South-West of Pretoria. We can arrange for guests to be fetched at any address in the area of the map alongside for R270.Driving from Johannesburg along the N1, pass Shell Ultracity and R101 turrnoff and then turn left onto the N14 direction Krugersdorp. (From Pretoria, get there via N1 South.) Exit at the first offramp: R55 Pta-West/Sandton. Turn right and continue past a traffic circle for 10Km, then turn left to Erasmia. 3 Km on, turn right to Schurveberg. 1 Km out of town the road becomes unpaved. After another 6Km, just beyond a bridge, our private road turns off left at the Hoogland sign.
