The Foresters Arms, a short, scenic, tarred drive from Mbabane, the capital, is ideally situated for exploring all the attractions of this majestic Kingdom.
The hotel is situated on 90 ha of beautiful Swaziland highlands in the heart of the Kingdom.
Fresh vegetables and herbs and (in season) strawberries, youngberries and raspberries are used in our food, which is prepared with care and pride.

The Foresters Arms has its own pure, fresh spring water.
This area of Swaziland is a paradise of wild flowers, where agapanthus, cerise watsonias, heath, arum lilies, the fragile dierama and delicate grasses abound.
All 30 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with bathrooms en suite, telephones and TV. There are outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The colourful gardens are a favourite haunt of the sunbirds and paradise flycatchers.

Golf - the attractive Usutu golf course adjoins our estate and we have clubs available for guests to use. Other golf courses in Swaziland include the splendid Royal Swazi championship course. We are happy to book your round for you.
Fishing - Fish for trout or bass in the stocked dams - solitary, utterly, peaceful places in the forest. (Rods available.)
Cycling - Mountain bikes can be hired from the hotel and there are numerous trails to explore. Or why not try the tandem?

Driving Directions:
From Kruger National Park
Via Malelane Gate: Take the R570 to Jeppes Reef border post. At Mbabane, turn right at the first traffic light. Continue straight to Foresters Arms.
From Johannesburg / Pretoria
Take the N12 to Witbank & then the N4. Turn right to Machadorp. In the town, turn left to Badplaas (R541). At Badplaas, turn left to Lochiel and take the N17 through the Oshoek border post. At Mbabane, turn right at the first traffic light. Continue straight to Foresters Arms.
From Johannesburg International Airport
Take the Boksburg road from the terminal then the Witbank N12 road and follow the directions above.
From Drakensburg / KwaZulu-Natal
On the northern (Ermelo) side of Piet Retief, turn right towards Houtkop/Emhlathini border post. After about 1 km turn right on to the Klein Vrystaat /Houtkop road. This is a lovely road on the Swaziland side. At the T-junction, turn left towards Bhunya. Continue straight to Foresters Arms.
From Durban
Take the N2. After passing Mkuze, drive for 33km and turn right to Golela border post (look out for this sign!!). Continue straight through Manzini. Take the MR3 road towards Mbabane. At the entrance of Mbabane, turn left at the second traffic light. Follow the signs to Foresters Arms.
