Rates are quoted per person in South African Rand, inclusive of 14% VAT and 1% Tourism Levy of the accommodation charge.

Rates are subject to currency fluctuations and therefore we reserve the right to change the rates accordingly. Prior notice will be given should this be necessary.

For account holders, reservations are only guaranteed to the company on the receipt of a fax or voucher.

Kindly note that accommodation is limited to a maximum of two adults and two children (U/12yrs) per room if applicable.

Between 1 December and 15 January full pre-payment for all bookings is required by 1 October.

DEPOSITS: All bookings remain provisional until confirmed. To avoid a provisional booking from being released, a confirmation and guarantee is necessary with a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount within 5 days, either by one of the following:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellations or amendments to reservations to be confirmed in writing only
50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 21 - 8 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 7 - 0 days or in the case of a no-show
