Had a great time the hotel staff were so helpful and nothing was any bother. Food great and having Ronald looking after us was a bonus. Jousa at the pool bar, Fredrick at the Zebra bar Patrick our security man who looked after us on the beach agreat guy these are a few of the staff we got to know to many to mention. Just want to thank all the staff for making our time there so memorable.

First time I have been Kenya and wasn't expecting such a great stay! Had a brilliant time and the staff were great! I won lost of money in the first week in the casino but the 2nd week see my profits disappear! Overall I will recommend the hotel and I will love to go again! My only regret is not booking longer!

We stayed here either side of a three day safari in April 2012. Throughout our stay we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff at the hotel. From the minute we turned up at reception to the minute we left the staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, with a good variety at breakfast and dinner.
The Easter gala dinner was very impressive. We ate lunch at 'Dunes bar' on the beach where the portions were very generous. We generally spent our days gently roasting on the sun loungers on the beach. The security guards ensured we were not pestered by the beach boys, and even kept my kindle safe when I left it on the beach by accident. Although the rooms may not be that of a 5* hotel, they are still very comfortable and clean and did not detract from our stay at all. We would also recommend using local company Pollmans for a Safari. We had our own driver (Khalid) for three days, who was really good company and very knowledgable. All in All, we would definitely consider going back and thank all those at the hotel for making our stay so memorable.
