this is a place to stay if you like all inclusive hotels . nice,not too big for beiing enjoyable . big walks on the beach turn right to avoid crowd. good security . good food. team very nice, go to safari with JPP in front of the hotel he is very good for quality and price.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Palm for 2 weeks. our first time in Kenya. The arrival at the reception was a real pleasure. After a 9h flight and 2 hrs on a bus, we were greeted with a big smile and welcome drink.The rooms are very spacious, very clean room and bathroom, huge balcony, fruit basket at arrival. the first impression was WOW. Also monkeys living in the gardens of the hotel, and sometimes you find them on you balcony, it's very entertaining!The food was very good. Big choice for breakfast, everything you could think of was there. Lunch and dinner also buffet, always choice of 2 soup varieties, bread varieties, salads, beef, chicken, grilled fish, pasta with sauce and ingredients of your own choice, stir fry, fruits and cakes for desserts, also always a hot dessert choice. In those two weeks, I thought there was enough variety.The staff were absolutely lovely. Cameline, Patrick, Sarah, Mary, Herbert what a joy. Always greeted you with a big smile very friendly. We gave them all a little something when we left and they were so grateful, I nearly cried when I had to say goodbye!The pool side is very nice, clean, always enough sun beds, very quiet.No animation, but we could go to the Village side for meals, animation..., but none of the village of paradise were allowed in the Palm side.

this is a great hotel with great staff, they will do anything to make sure that you enjoy your stay.
The location is lovely on the beach over looking the indian ocean.the rooms are very spacious with a lovely balcony.this is the 4th time that we have returned to this hotel, that must say alot about the hotel and staff.we went on safari again with julius at jt safaris the orange hut, he is a great person who you can trust to take good care of you and your needs. nothing was to much trouble and the price is always great .
