Casuarina hotel honeymooners

Firstly i would like to say that the hotel itself is beautifu, the hospitality, service and friendlyness of the staff is fantastic. Unfortunately the accommodation was terrible. What you see on the website and brochures of the rooms is misleading. Unfortunately there is no option for me to add photos of the room my wife and i stayed in whilst on our honeymoon because that would substantiate my comment/opinion. dismal, unplesant and out right UGLY would best describe the 2 rooms we stayed in at the Casuarina hotel. I paid for a Superior room ( the one displayed on the website gallary and brochures) and got a room COMPLETELY different to what we expected and paid for. It will take me ages to describe in detail the rooms in which we stayed so all my advice is for those that are considering staying at the Casuarina hotel is: Make 100% sure that you insist on staying in one of the superior rooms that they advertise on the website and in the brochoures and not a room they decide to call a superior room and allocate you to upon your arrival.
