Accommodation Amenities and Features -All rooms are tastefully decorated in ivory tones, with

There are three room categories:Deluxe rooms and Suites are in close proximity to the sea.
Standard Rooms Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view. Standard and Deluxe are identical in terms of décor and size.
Deluxe Rooms Located on ground floor of bungalows with terrace.
Suites Located on upper floor of bungalows with large balcony and sun beds. The Suites have a walk in dressing room and larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area, and a covered outdoorlounge area.

Marine Activities Center Offering a range of marine activities ranging from Beach Volleyball, Pedal boats, canoes to daily snorkeling trips to the lagoon by boat, windsurfing and sailing.
Scuba diving Center Breezes is home to one of Zanzibar’s most professional and experienced diving operations. The Rising Sun Dive Center, which is a licensed PADI dive center, offers all diving services from beginners to advanced diving. Our experienced diving instructors provide personalized instruction on a one to one basis while experienced divers can enjoy the fascinating marine life of the south east coast of Zanzibar.
Shopping Bazaar The shopping bazaar offers an excellent selection of antiques, souvenirs and African Arts and Crafts.
Fitness & Aerobics Center The fitness center features start of the art gym equipment with personalized instruction.
Cashiers office It is possible to change money at the cashier’s office. Traveler’s cheques, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Euro card are all accepted for settling payments.
Telephone & Fax services. There are no telephones in the rooms however phone and fax services are available at the reception.
Tours and Excursions We offer two excursions unique to Breezes: Indian Ocean Special and The Swahili Day. All tours and transfers are organised through the services of a fully licensed and registered tour operator

Very Impressed. Well run and maintained resort. Lovely large rooms in beautiful grounds. Nice staff and good service. Beautiful beach and very hot sea to swim in when tied comes in over the lagoon. Dving centre excellent if expensive C/W Caribbean. Breezes restaurant in excellent and serves varied menu.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Breezes, the rooms do not have TV, the view from the room was second beach front and was amazing. We stayed there for 7 nights. The food was delightful, the flavours kept on blowing up in the mouth. I commend them for the complimentary package for the honeymooners - free padi diving, free snorkeling, free massage, free wine bottle, free hena tatoos, free yoga session (didnt go for this for religious reasons), free lunch at the breach front, bed laid under the stars. I can go on and on about this place.

This hotel is relatively remote but self contained with its own beach, and a very relaxing environment. Our room was number 1 and quiet with good views of the sea. Excellent friendly staff, good and varied food. The sea dries out here at low tide up to the reef
