A deposit of 50% of the daily rates will confirm the booking/safari, with the balance due and payable at the beginning of that specific booking/safari. The deposit should be paid in a minimum of 120 days in advance before the commencement of the contracted booking/safari. Minumum 2 nights booking for bookings on week ends.

All other charges to be paid before departure. All payments are to be made in cash, travelers cheques or EFT.

Deposit Refund Policy:
From 21 to 28 days guest forfeit 40% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50%.
From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% of deposit.
Less than 7 days forfeit full deposit.
All above fee’s only include breakfast. Lunch & Supper available upon request.
