TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADVERTISERS

:: CONDITIONS OF USE

You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings on AfricaStay.com. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in deleting your listings without refund. You agree not to do any of the following while posting an ad to AfricaStay.com.

• harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity;
  
• transmit via any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that is considered to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  
• impersonate in any business or person, living or dead, famous or not;
  
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing or in connection with your use of in any manner.
  

 :: CONTENT

It is your responsability, as the Advertiser to inform AfricaStay.com when the details of your service changes. You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. AfricaStay.com does not prescreen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but shall have the right, and not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules it has in place at the time. AfricaStay.com may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of the website for adherence to this Agreement or rules.

The advertising fee on AfricaStay.com starts at only R 650.00 (less than R55.00 per month) and is valid for a full calendar year from the date your advertisement is live on our website.

Once you become a member, you can add your services online - just fill in a form and our system automatically creates your ad. You can also download our Word document type forms and email us the info and photos. Within 48 hours from confirmation of payment your listing will go live. For the duration of the advert you can change the information as often as you like online, at no additional cost, ensuring your information and rates are always up-to-date. You can also email us the changes (within reason) and we can do them for you.

  :: CANCELLATIONS

Please note that early cancellations are not eligible for refunds and advertisements can not be "changed" from one service operator to another service operator during the advertising period.

  :: EXCLUSIONS

AfricaStay.com reserves the right to refuse any Subscriber application and/or annual subscription renewal without explanation. AfricaStay.com only accepts one company / property / service per advertisement. If you wish to advertise more than one service please complete application forms for each of your services. Exceptions are only listings for tour / safari operators. The fee for that type of listings includes up to 10 different packages.

  :: OUR GUARANTEE

Our Guarantee gives you exactly what it says – if you don't get at least 5 enquiries from our website in the first year as an advertiser, we will extend your listing for an extra 6 months free of charge. We completely stand behind our ability to bring you inquires that lead to bookings. This guarantee does not apply to services not available for at least 6 months of the year or for listings which do not display a picture gallery during the 12 months that the ad is online.

  :: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. By submitting Content you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.
