What about the Guarantee? How does it work? Our
Guarantee gives you exactly what it
says – if you don't
get at least 5 enquiries from our website in the first year as an advertiser, we will extend your
listing for an extra 6 months free of charge. It
is just another way to show our customers our commitment to this long term partnership. We
completely stand behind our ability to bring you inquires that lead to bookings. This
guarantee does not apply to services not available for at least 6 months of the year or for listings
which do not display a picture gallery during the 12 months that the ad is online.
How do I become an advertiser
? To become a member of Africa Stay.com, click on "Sign
Up Now" and complete the page asking for your name, password and email address, then click
on "Register". You will receive a validation email.
Once you click on the link provided in that email you become a member and can login to the member
area and add your services online. You can also download our forms and email us the info and photos.
Within 48 hours from confirmation of payment your listing will go live.
What if I have forgotten my password
? If you have forgotten your password our system will email you a provisional
password. You will be able to change it back to something easy to remember in the Member Area. Just
click on "Forgot
Password" link on the Login page, complete your username
or email address in the form provided and a password will be emailed to you.
How does AfricaStay.com works ? Our
system is designed to make bookings easy for the visitor and for the travel operator.
- Once a visitor submits an enquiry you are instantly notified via
email.
- Reply with a quote either via email or via the website. Our system
generates a unique page for each enquiry allowing you to communicate privately if necessary.
- The visitor accepts the quote and confirms payment of deposit.
- You send the booking confirmation voucher.
How will I get the most benefit from my membership

sponsored at an additional cost. Sponsored listings appear in top of
search results and are featured in their specific region.
What is the Picture Gallery
? All listings include 2 photos and a map page (if you have a map available).
Advertisers wishing to display extra pictures (up to 8 high resolution photos), have the option of
adding the Picture Gallery at an additional cost.
How can I pay for my advert
