Beautiful upmarket, 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 180-degree sea view apartment housed within the Bondi Beach Resort development, Shelley Beach, Natal South Coast. The beach resort development was completed in June 2005 and the apartment, situated on the second floor, was furnished in an upmarket colourful trendy style in August 2005. The apartment further boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, TV, video machine, Hi-Fi, gas braai, a beautifully decorated lounge and a large patio area with a magnificent sea view. The patio not only offers a great vantage point for dolphin spotting but also sets the scene for many colourful moments, while enjoying refreshing sundowners.
The apartment can sleep up to six people if the Sleeper couch is used. The apartment is not serviced, although this can be arranged at an additional cost of R20.00 per day.
The Bondi Beach resort is well located within the hub of the Natal South Coast and is unequalled as a sought after holiday destination. The resort itself offers unspoilt beach access by means of a wooden walkway, where all can enjoy the sand, sun, sea and salt water tidal pool.
The Resort itself offers a swimming pool and bar facility, particularly for those days that the combination of wind, sand & suntan lotion might not be a realistic option. The closest official swimming beach is St-Michaels-on-Sea (2 km away), while the other popular beaches include Uvongo (3 km away), Margate (5 km away) and Ramsgate.
Shelley Beach itself is well established and has a regional shopping centre accommodating all of the major retailers, cinemas & a large variety of restaurants & pubs (1 km from Bondi Beach).

Driving Directions:
Bondi Beach resort is situated in the small coastal town of Shelley Beach; approximately one hour drive South of Durban.
From Durban take the N2 South Coast road. Travel for approximately 120km. After the tollgate, take the first off ramp, Shelly Beach. Turn left. At the T-junction, turn left into Marine drive (Shelly Beach main road)
Bondi Beach is located approx 1km on the right hand side.
To access complex, turn right into Somers Drive, then first left into Shepston Road. At cul-de-sac turn left, and then drive right into the complex.

Policies & Disclaimers:
Bookings are to be made 3 weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date at the Resort. A non-refundable 50 % deposit is to be paid within 3 days of making the booking (at which time a reservation number will be provided), the balance, together with a refundable breakage deposit of R500.00 is to paid 3 days prior to arrival. The on-site agents will only provide keys to the apartment once full payment has been received and keys are to be returned to the agent on departure.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure date.
